Responsibility for personal data
Tundra Fonder AB, company registration number 556838-6303, Nybrogatan 34, 114 39 Stockholm, Sweden, (“the Company”) is the controller of personal data processed within the scope of the Company’s business and on this website. As of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applies. In accordance with the fundamental principles of the GDPR, Tundra Fonder AB processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the person whose personal data is processed. Processing of personal data
When the Company processes personal data, it does so on the basis of an applicable legal ground. Processing is often necessary for the Company to comply with legal obligations. The Company may also process personal data where necessary for the performance of a contract or, where applicable, on the basis of consent. The same personal data may be processed on the basis of more than one legal ground.
When a user provides personal data, for example in connection with the purchase of fund units, the user shall receive information about the processing of personal data. The Company keeps registers of clients who have registered or purchased units in any of the Company’s funds. The register may contain personal data such as name, personal identity number, postal address, telephone number, electronic addresses and information based on the use of the Company’s services.
The Company processes personal data, among other things, to administer client relationships, determine how many fund units clients own, submit information to the Swedish Tax Agency, prepare and distribute contract notes and semi-annual and annual statements. The Company also processes personal data to comply with requirements under law, other regulations or decisions by public authorities, for example in relation to customer due diligence, measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, accounting, tax reporting, fund operations and other financial services.
Personal data is disclosed to public authorities where required by law or by a decision of a public authority. The Company may also share personal data with suppliers, processors and business partners where necessary to provide the Company’s services, administer the Company’s business or comply with legal obligations.
Personal data is not stored for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless longer storage is required by law or other applicable regulation. Personal data may be stored during the client relationship and for a period thereafter, or in accordance with special legislation in the financial sector, such as legislation on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, accounting legislation and rules applicable to securities, funds and other financial services.
For subscribers to the Company’s distribution lists, the Company processes email address, name, information about when newsletters have been opened, IP address, geographical location, email application and email format. The information is used to administer and follow up the Company’s communications and is shared only to the extent necessary for this purpose or where otherwise required by law.

The data subject has, subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, the right to receive information free of charge as to whether personal data concerning him or her is being processed and, where applicable, to access such data.
The data subject may also have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing and, where applicable, withdraw consent. These rights are not unconditional and are assessed based on the circumstances of the individual case and taking into account applicable legislation.
